Lab I will give your team a challenge like none other they have faced before in the office. This 2.5 hour lab requires your team to stay focused and lean on each other’s skills to collaborate and communicate effectively in order to solve the puzzles and tasks involved. Your team will gain new skills, develop stronger bonds between each other, and come out of the activity more experienced and prepared to tackle their duties at work moving forward. An Industrial Organizational psychologist will monitor the team during the activity to determine their strengths and weaknesses, and will provide conclusive feedback to the organization on how they performed and what they can do to improve their work performance.
Lab II provides your team members with an activity that requires the utmost cooperation and communication amongst each other to complete. They will be put through a 4 hour test of challenging puzzles and tasks that will promote each team member’s personal and professional development as well as foster stronger team bonds. An Industrial Organizational Psychologist will track and analyze each team member’s strategies and behaviors to evaluate the team’s overall strengths and weaknesses and devise a strategy to improve overall team performance.
Lab III is another great and intensive opportunity for your team to be fully engaged, focused, and collaborative with a challenging team building activity. For a 7 hour period, an industrial organizational psychologist will watch your team incorporate their unique skills to solve difficult puzzles and tasks and monitor their performance. They will then debrief the team on their performance and provide feedback for your organization on how to improve. This activity will help your team grow together and enhance their teamwork when they return to the office.
